This is a serious piece of furniture. Dovetail joints, solid wood, superior hardware. If you're just flipping a house or remodeling on-the-cheap, this might not be for you; if you're looking for high quality that will stand up to a lot of use, kids, etc. and look like a piece of Ethan Allen furniture at the same time, then this is highly recommended. We are very happy with the purchase, and we haven't even installed it yet!
